Lloyd did my home inspection in August of 2018 on my first house. After a long process looking, I wanted to make sure I knew what I was getting myself into. As a first time home buyer, I was extremely nervous and anxious, but hiring Lloyd and CBO Home Inspections was the best decision I made. A friend highly recommended Lloyd she was right!!. Lloyd went above and beyond for me. He was extremely thorough and professional. He pointed out things that needed to be fixed immediately and gave me a list of items that were not as immediate, which definitely helped prioritize and ask for certain things before we closed. He saved me a lot of money and time. Lloyd even pointed out that the furnace on the house was assembled incorrectly.
